Delivered with Heart

Columbia provides 24 hour skilled nursing and long term care for seniors and individuals that require medical monitoring or whose needs exceed what can be provided at home.

We care for 116 residents in semi-private rooms.

Admissions are 7 days a week, so regardless of when you choose to come to Columbia, we will be here to help.

You can expect a high level of individual care at Columbia. Physician services and therapies are available seven days a week. And our nursing staff makes rounds daily- 3 shifts per day. Our nurses are supported by their own Resident Care Managers for additional one-on-one attention. We have a Nurse Manager in house seven days a week for consistent coverage.

Ancillary services include therapies, dental, ophthalmology, podiatry, mental health and pharmaceutical services. Columbia is recognized as having the area’s best skin care program. This means Residents are kept comfortable regardless of their ability to be mobile.

“If any one of my family members needed a skilled nursing community, there is only one place in Seattle that I would recommend, Columbia Lutheran hands down!”
